Sr Security Engineer

-40% of your time spent on IPS Fortinet, FireEye, Firepower (top 3 vendors used, mainly Fortinet)
-25% of your time spent using Gigamon (they will train you on this if you arent familiar but it is what they use to mirror traffic
-Remainder of your time is spend in Extrahop hooked to Gigamon, mirrored traffic gets moved to Extrahop will be doing full package analysis, troubleshooting data feeds, making sure everything is being accurately moved over, troubleshooting issues with vendors directly

-7-10 years of networking and security experience
-Security background
-Routing switching data flow configured in the past
-IPS/ IDS -understanding of how they work and how to tune them
-Understanding of firewalls
-Training junior network engineers
-Experience with a wide variety of technologies, not looking for someone silo'd

-Gigamon networking tool, used to mirror traffic
-ExtraHop
-Chronicle, Splunk, SIEM solutions troubleshooting, onboard data, build dashboards, monitor equipment and series, operating out of this
-Cloud
