A client of Insight Global is looking for a Portfolio Manager. As an IT ePMO Portfolio Manager, you will handle overseeing the management and governance of the IT project portfolio within an organization. You will play a critical role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, optimizing project selection and prioritization, and ensuring the successful execution of IT projects. Your primary focus will be on strategic planning, portfolio optimization, conducting gate reviews, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation to drive business value and operational efficiency.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Program Management capacity
Minimum of 5 years experience working on programs related to Portfolio Management
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams
- ServiceNow experience
Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a technical and business capacity.
Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus across impacted areas.
Experience creating detailed delivery schedules and roll-out plans; scheduling moderately complex budgets and tracking actuals against budget.
Proven success delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall or SDLC (Systems Development Lifecycle) environments.
Preferred: Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI etc.).
Preferred: Experience in developing executive leadership presentations and talking points.
Preferred: Consulting or manufacturing experience.
