Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Part Time HR Coordinator to join growing Private Equity firm in Atlanta, GA. The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support across the HR function. This role is crucial in supporting compliance with HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive employee experience, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.







Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



* Facilitates onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, checklist maintenance,



new hire orientation, and exit interviews.



* Ensures compliance with Forms I-9, verify documentation, and maintain I-9 files.



* Provides attentive customer service, addressing employee inquiries and requests.



* Coordinates onboarding and offboarding for contractors and interns, including drafting agreements,



conducting background checks, and collecting NDA and Trading Policy documentation.



* Aids in recruiting efforts by overseeing efficient super day procedures, monitoring assessment



completion, and ensuring candidate progression.



* Maintains and manages HR trackers and generate reports.



* Assists in preparing for annual performance review processes.



* Collaborates on handbook, policy, and procedure development under the Director of HR's guidance.



* Reinforces and upholds company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure the safety of all employees.



* Supports in the preparation and monitoring of yearly goal-setting procedures.



* Ensures the confidentiality and protection of employee information.



* Performs other related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of Human Resources experience



- Recruiting coordination experience



- Onboarding and paperwork experience



- MS Office Suite proficiency



- HR Database experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
