Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is looking for an experienced Change Management Professional to join their team here in Atlanta. This person will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating change management strategies and activities for various projects in order to help build the organization's capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams to ensure the successful adoption and integration of change initiatives. The initiatives and approaches will be technical in nature. This person will be expected to drive communication across different product towers so the ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication delivering messages to cross functional teams and engaging diverse audiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and implement change management strategies and plans that align with the project objectives and business goals.
Assess the impact, readiness, and resistance of the changes on the organization, stakeholders, and employees, and develop appropriate mitigation actions.
Communicate and engage with senior leaders, sponsors, project teams, and affected groups to ensure awareness, understanding, and buy-in of the changes.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training and coaching programs to equip and support the employees in adopting and using the changes.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness and outcomes of the change management activities, and report on the progress and challenges.
Identify and manage issues and risks related to the change management process and escalate them as needed.
Collaborate and coordinate with other change managers and change agents to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives across the organization.
Review and update the change management processes, tools and best practices

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of Change Management leadership expertise
Experience in leading or participating in multiple change management programs in a complex technical environment
Technology background: for example, working with implementations, upgrades or roll out of applications
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver clear and engaging messages to diverse audiences
Project exposure and knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Bachelors Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Program/Project Manager certification (PMP, PMI)
Change Management certification (CMS, CMP, CCMP)
PROSCI Certification
