Our team of Customer Care Consultants handle more than 15,000 calls a day and are available to assist customers Monday-Friday 8 a.m. -- 5 p.m. for general inquiries. Skill development, coaching and mentoring is paramount to our culture. Our Customer Care Consultants are empowered to be creative and innovative to achieve customer and operational excellence. On a typical day, consultants may have the opportunity to help customers with requests to start, stop or transfer their service, assist with payment options, offer personalized energy related products and services and report emergency situations.
