Sr. UX Research/Designer

Day to Day:

A fortune 100 client of Insight Global is looking for a senior level UX Researcher/Designer to join their team. This person will be working on a balanced team helping support a new experience within the store order fulfilment space. This person will be doing 25% research, 25% design, 25% validation, and 25% facilitation. This person must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This person must also be willing to help with the strategy behind this new experience and help define this space. Someone coming from a supply chain or retail environment would be a huge plus but not required.

- Good Facilitation Skills

o Conducting workshops/strategy sessions

- Strong user centered research experience

o This person will be required to go into stores from time to time to conduct research

- Supply chain/retail experience

- Enterprise level experience
