This contractor will be working alongside the Treasury Manager and will be responsible for optimizing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's financial stability and growth by monitoring and analyzing financial data, conducting cash forecasting, and developing strategies to maximize the organization's financial resources.



Responsibilities:

Monitoring and managing the organization's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations, and optimizing cash balances.

Forecasting and conducting variance analysis

Financial reporting

Analyzing bank reports, cash flow, and making recommendations

Analyzing large data sets in excel- over 3,000 rows of data

Cleaning data

Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards. Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments.

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Expert in Microsoft Excel-- creating vlookups, pivot tables, consolidating spreadsheets, mapping tables, etc.

Experience managing large data sets-- ex: thousands of rows

Understanding of cash flows inbound and outbound

Understanding of forecasts and variance analysis

Strong financial acumen

Professional finance and/or accounting experience

Attention to detail
