Healthcare Technical Advisor

DAY TO DAY

* Insight Global is seeking a Healthcare Technical Analyst to support a healthcare payment fulfillment product for a large financial services client in Atlanta, GA. The candidates should be able to read EOBs/835s/etc and be able to analyze/troubleshoot files to service the client. Basic data analysis skills are required as well as the ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

MUST HAVE

* Come from Healthcare Background

* Strong data analytical skills (Excel -- Pivot Tables, VLookups/XLookups, Formulas)

* Strong communication skills -- comfortable presenting information to external and internal stakeholders/clients

* Understands the end-to-end process with ability to troubleshoot issues and utilize professional judgment in determining appropriate resolution of client needs



PLUS

* Basic SQL skills

* Understanding/ability to read 835 files, EOB's, UB-O4's, 1500's, 837's
