Identity Access Mgmt Analyst

Assist in the execution of internal control discipline and operational excellence for a Technology Organization. Execute specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Support QA/QC processes within the tech org through ongoing monitoring and assessment of controls. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture.

Activities include:
· Support technology teams in remediating, identifying, debating, and documenting risks and remediation plans.
· Support technology teams in the delivery and validation of requested artifacts.
· Support technology teams in setting up sustainable routines and tracking solutions.
· Partner with the Technology Managers and their teams to ensure sustainability routines are performed in accordance with defined processes.
· Support Technology Management in audit and exam activities.
· Assist in risk issue management activities and escalations.
· Maintain effective and professional relationships with key business stakeholders and risk partners.
· Act as an ambassador of the risk culture.

IAM background
BA or PM experience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent MS-Office skills including PowerPoint (for presentations), Excel (for manipulating large amounts of data) and Word.
Excellent organizational skills, versatility, and flexibility. Ability to learn quickly and shift between topics, projects, programs, and teams
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.

CISA, CRISC, CISM or CISSP
Financial experience
