Job Description
A National Retail and Food chain, headquartered in the Atlanta, GA area, is looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Administrator.
We are wanting someone to help us implement additional "modules" and streamline existing processes. We would like to use ServiceNow out of the box and don't want to do much customization.
We're doing Incident, change, discovery, HAM, CMDB, ITSM, SAM, and CMDB modules. The incident module is the most used module.
We plan to implement these additional modules: SAM, Service Mapping, eventually incidents playbook (within next 2 years)
We want to streamline processes for example: spelling out workflow for different things and hopefully integrating playbooks so when automation exists so there is a button to click in SNOW to kick it off.
Candidates need to have experience with a few of the modules and awareness of the others. Ideally experience with core discovery ad SAM, HAM but we are flexible. SAM and HAM should be fairly similar. We've started HAM now. We need help with define what and how and weekly needs to be done and what is the process for implementation and using.
The ITSM module has already been deployed. Our intent is to improve how service requests are made on the SNOW platform.
Other modules that are being used are for service requests, incident management and hardware asset management. In the future, they will implement software asset management and will look to integrate with Azure DevOps (ADO).
This role will also help educate and instruct users and the IT team on how to use ServiceNow out of the box. They will advise on best practices. This role will only interact with our IT people, for example talking with our Helpdesk people who are using it. Not talking with the general population.
No JavaScript experience is needed for this role. There are other JavaScript people on the team that can assist in coding if needed.

Experience doing implementation and administration with the ITSM module in ServiceNow
Experience implementing SNOW out of the box. We prefer to do no customizations or very few.
Experience with SAM and HAM modules
Experience building out workflows in SNOW
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CMDB module experience. We use CMDB and it is at the core of everything else. If someone comes in and can help us use it better, that would be helpful.
