Job Description

As a Salesforce admin/developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce applications and integrations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will also support the release management and testing processes using changement tools like Copado. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as provide training and documentation to users.

Responsibilities:
Develop custom code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
Configure Salesforce features using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow
Design and implement data models, security settings, and sharing rules
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Platform Events
Support the release management and testing processes using Copado or similar tools
Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions
Work collaboratively with other developers, admins, business analysts, and project managers
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and users, gather feedback, and provide training and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent
Experience with Copado or similar changement tools
Experience with medium complexity environments
Knowledge of best practices and design patterns for Salesforce development
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
Familiar with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Platform Events
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or equivalent
Experience with other Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
