On behalf of our enterprise telecom customer, we are seeking a Project Manager to thrive in a very hectic, fast paced environment for managing Avaya Voice and Data services, tracking all parts and providing status updates through installation and turn up. We are seeking a candidate that has ideally worked for AT&T or Avaya previously to navigate systems and get up to speed as this role is a new end client - Custom Border Protection (CBP).
Other job responsibilities include:
- Order installation through turn-up for the end clients
- Experience with Telecom, Voice and Data porting services
- Intake orders from the customer, interface with the customer on weekly meetings as face client for Avaya services
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Organizations
- Host the meetings, track thousands of items for order Voice and Data services
- Understand how those orders move through a system, understand milestones
- Know when to track or escalate if something's wrong or product will not be on time
- 3 to 1 ration of Voice to Data products
- EIS project, clearance required but it is not required prior to starting in the role
