A client of Insight is seeking a Functional Payroll Consultant who is a SME with SAP Employee Central Payroll & Success Factors. This role 60-65% of the time will be true functional payroll processing and 40-45% geared toward developing processes & procedures for the payroll team and how they utilize SAP. This person will be very analytical, have a proven background in process improvement, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to marry process & systems. This person will also be an expert at coming in, evaluating the current situation, and defining their day-to-day objectives based on company goals.
* 5+ years of experience with SAP Payroll & SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module(s)
* 9+ years exp processing & running payroll for 1000+ employees across multiple states and Canada.
* Experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
* Performed Data Conversion Texting, creating Data & Process Maps, drive process improvements.
