Job Description

One of Insight Global's Retail Clients are looking for a Security Consultant who has extensive experience and knowledge of Workday API and security. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining security solutions for our Workday platform. You will also work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the security and compliance of our Workday integrations.



Responsibilities

Test and analyze Workday assets for potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

Identify and implement best practices and security measures for Workday API and integrations.

Design, develop, and maintain security protocols, policies, plans, and systems for Workday platform.

Coordinate and collaborate with other security consultants, developers, analysts, and stakeholders on Workday security projects.

Meet with clients to discuss their security requirements, provide information, and explain the designed solutions.

Run risk assessment and security tests and design countermeasures to mitigate as many risks as possible.

Compile and present reports on the test results and security status of Workday platform.

Suggest improvements to existing security systems and processes.

Stay up to date with the latest security trends, tools, and technology related to Workday API and security.

Train staff to recognize and defend against security breaches and risks.

Required Skills & Experience

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday security management or similar role.

Excellent technical skills for building security architecture aligned with the business requirements.

Strong knowledge of Workday API, SOAP and REST protocols, Web Services, and integration tools12.

Proficient in computer coding and endpoint security skills.

Great communication skills and the ability to present technical information in an understandable way.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

A highly logical, honest, and objective nature.

Good teamwork and time management skills.
