A mid-sized firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team supporting their Workers Compensation and Family Law attorneys. This person will be onsite 5x a week supporting the 8-10 attorneys in the office daily. Additionally, they will be handling incoming mail, and preparing correspondence and legal documents. They will manage attorney expenses and prepare reports, and enter attorney time. Also, they will be proofreading and editing summaries and other documents, obtain subpoenas, handling preparations of file binders and physical file documents management.
1. 1-2 years' experience of legal administrative assistant work for attorneys
2. Experience entering attorney time, expenses, and other reports
3. Can handle preparation of file binders and physical file document management
4. Can obtain subpoenas
