Works with the business and IT teams to understand current concepts and processes, but then help plan and design the best way to automate those processes.
Supports process standardization projects that incorporate a proactive and innovative solution to addressing business challenges and achieving organizational goals and objectives.
Supports initiative teams with skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving, accelerating transformation through automation to drive toward required outcomes.
Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers across different departments
Develops a culture of continuous improvement based on fact based and transparent metrics
Perform other duties as requested by management
