1. Prepare paper documents for scanning.
2. Scan each document into the imaging system.
3. Index and releases each documents for viewing.
4. Identify and troubleshoot scanning and indexing system problems.
5. Advise management of issues and/or backlogs.
6. Assist in the preparation of department reports by collecting and summarizing data.
7. Retrieve and refile paper records.
8. File loose documents in legacy paper records.
9. Daily focus on attaining productivity standards, recommending new approaches for enhancing
performance and productivity when appropriate.
10. Strive for positive patient experience.
11. Adhere to Piedmont organizational policies and procedures for relevant location and job scope.
12. Complete and/or attend mandatory training and education sessions within approved
organizational guidelines and timeframes.
13. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
