Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable specialist to sit onsite in Atlanta, GA (30346). This is for one of our clients in the restaurant industry, with multiple franchisee locations.
In this role we are looking for someone to join an accounting team of three to help with the AR/AP side of accounting. You will be receiving invoices, scanning and uploading them into the computer, then coding it correctlly and making sure it ends up in the right place. Most checks route on a weekly basis, so making sure those are sent out correctly. You will also manage the AP process, working on the billing side as well. Our client bills their franchisees on a weekly basis, that is a simple sales times royalty formula. Making sure that is uploaded to the weekly report, and make sure it is billed out weekly. This is a very process driven role and we are looking for someone who really understands the flow of AR/AP and is very detail oriented. Having intermediate excel experience is necessary for this role as that is where most of the reports are created and stored.
- 2-5 years of experience as an AR/AP specialist or Accountant
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Organized and detail oriented
- Great communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with Restaurant 365
