Job Description

Overview:

This position will monitor, coordinate and organize incoming HR documents relating to employment and benefits in addition to verification of other documents.

This position will require that you reside in the local area of Atlanta, GA.



Job Description

What You Will Do in Your Role

* Monitor and organize incoming HR documents (electronic and hardcopy) relating to employment and benefits

* Manage Employee Master File documentation in SAP

* Receive, Organize, and fulfill requests received on the Records Administration's fax-line throughout the day

* Manage and Complete Verification for Child Support, Unemployment, Mortgage for internal and external customer request.

* Manage Drivers Qualification Files

* Manage Wage Statements

* Create and solve cases that relate to HR document storage requests

* Assist in identifying, challenging, and creating processes using Creative Destruction

* Review and solve QA issues for scanned HR documents

* Assist with various HR record audits and assessments

* File and other administrative duties as requested

* Partner closely with other HR Service Center teams to fulfill and resolve internal and external customer requests

Required Skills & Experience

Education : high school diploma



Preferred Skills :



* Experience working in a professional setting

* Able to navigate multiple systems

* Comfortable with doing the same tasks daily

* Experience working with confidential information

* HCM or payroll software experience

o Experience in SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow exp is a plus!

* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

* High School Diploma or equivalent





What Will Put You Ahead

* AS/AA Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent business-related certifications

* Experience with case and records management systems (i.e. SAP, SharePoint, or ServiceNow)

* Experience with document imaging/scanning
