support all functions reporting directly to TA MVP to assist in all recruiting operations. May include but is not limited to data entry, onboarding assistance, candidate interview coordination, etc. This team is looking to hire hundreds of candidates monthly and has a small TA team to coordinate, schedule, and conduct flow of overall onboarding and recruiting experience. This person will report directly to the Sr TA Specialist, who then reports into the VP of TA. Must be capable to work independently and take on a variety of tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment due to the quick and changing nature of the day to day tasks.
