Job Description
Manager of Operational Compliance ensuring flawless delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, streamlining Agile processes, and ensuring campaign portfolios are optimized and define ways of working across Integrated Media.
* Manage the marketing orchestration data pipeline, and audience syndication across all digital channels.
* Project manage data flows and the launch of campaigns through setup and email template approval, data segmentation, and QA on paid media, direct mail, and SMS, and PPC programs.
* Work with Data Science and Data Governance teams to establish data hygiene standards and workflows across all channels.
* Work with external partners to implement agile workflows, and business processes flowing into our team.
* Establish product management methodologies for increased connectivity on cross functional teams.
* Establish an IT support ticketing process for non-technical teams to enhance marketing operations team outputs.
* Develop individualized training plans to upskill associates to increase team productivity.
* Established mentoring program to increase efficiency, innovation, SME knowledge of campaigns on email data, execution, data logic and modeling to ensure thought leadership of marketing portfolio.
* Established a process for entire marketing operations team to monitor and Measure KPI's to develop continuous campaign improvement across channels.
* Establish Campaign portfolio review for 30+ campaign portfolios to enhance efficiency on run times and encourage thought leadership for continuous improvement.
* Serve as the interim Manager to Product Managers, and Program Managers while standing up an agile process for all digital marketing channels.
Required Skills & Experience
Understanding of CRM planning, execution and account management skills.
8+ years of experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception, development, engineering, and release. The ideal candidates focus will be in a paid media & email marketing space.
Well proven project management skills
Experience developing, leading, and managing internal resources to meet requirements of internal and external partners
Deep knowledge of statistical analysis
Deep competency in Big Query, SQL, Python,Tableau, and campaign software
Thorough knowledge of data processing management
Have managed a team of 5+ direct reports or more.
5+ years of experience in an agile environment.
Thorough knowledge of campaign management tools with deep experience with multiple major enterprise toolsets and implementations, including supporting tools such as ETL/data movement tools, integration and orchestration tools, and Cloud/SaaS toolsets
Experience leveraging a cloud environment for campaign execution including modern cloud data sources, vendor integrations, and distributed processing
Multiple examples leading large-scale, multi-team technology and marketing projects from conception through to delivery and maintenance
Expertise across a range of marketing channels including paid and earned/owned as well as related technology solutions
Direct marketing, campaign selection, audience activation and delivery experience
Distinguished client-facing written and verbal communication skills, consulting or agency experience a plus
Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business/Computer Information Systems, Mathematics or related field

Developed learning/training modules for teams in python/sql
