Job Description
As Insight Global's client continues to mature their information security program and is going through a SOX integration. They are seeking a senior developer to support their global Identity and Access Management program within the Information Security organization. This position is responsible as a technical role in the successful installation, integration and deployment of Okta in the internal environments and assisting implementation partners in that process. The daily responsibilities will be roughly divided to 70% engineer and 30% architecture. You will help drive the strategic direction and vision, as well as maintain the IAM service architecture and domain model. This position will work closely with other key business areas and Information Security including HR, Audit and Compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have's:
* Strong experience integrating, setting up, and maintaining Okta
o Need to understand lifecycle capabilities of the tool
* Proven experience of architecting and designing identity and access management solutions focusing on the Okta application.
o Experience with Okta Identity suite including Okta Universal Directory & Okta MFA including knowledge of LDAP Directory Services.
o Implementing solutions in conjunction with technical teams in both IT and business Units
* Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, WS-Fed, WS-Trust SSO Protocols.
* Experience in writing OGNL, Groovy Scripts, PowerShell, JSP and JAVA required.
* Knowledge in O365 suite integration, Windows Azure Directory integration required.
* Ability to troubleshoot web authentication flows and be familiar with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID
* Experience in IT security and engineering with deep understanding of major platforms, building secure and compliant business processes and systems and working with developing IT General Controls
* Excellent understanding of HTTP protocol, Web based frameworks like Struts, JSF, Spring and ORM tool like Hibernate, Web Service architecture -- SOAP & REST based
* Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms
* Advanced knowledge in Directory Services, Authentication/Authorization, Access Provisioning, Access Review, Single Sign-On, and Federation
Plusses:
* Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus
* Experience with coding or development
