Job Description

Day to Day:

Senior Engineer - Systems will work as part of a senior team to provide engineering and support of the Microsoft Systems Center products such as Configuration Manager, InTune, Orchestrator, AzureAD, Active Directory, Office 365, and the Windows infrastructure in a global enterprise environment. This individual will be responsible for project based work as well as top level support for operational teams. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with Microsoft technologies and services. Although a strong competency in Microsoft is required, this candidate should also have a basic understanding Unix/Linux to be able to make recommendations on integration between environments. The position will focus on engineering project work as well as support escalation.

Required Skills & Experience

Required:

5 to 7 years of experience in Microsoft Server environments supporting:



* Managing and supporting SCCM in dispersed global environment.

* PowerShell scripting Active Directory (including replication, operations master roles, etc.).

Knowledgeable in supporting JAMF, Bitlocker, MBAM, Windows updates.

* Experience with MS System Center products Configuration Manager, Orchestrator.

* Microsoft Desktop Deployment toolkit, MBAM, Bitlocker, LAPS, and WSUS.

* Group Policy Objects (advanced skills), domain controllers DHCP, DNS, IPsec.

* Software packing and deployment using SCCM.

* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.



3 to 5 years of supporting:



* Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Air Watch or Intune, etc.

* Knowledgeable in supporting Office 365 environments: Exchange Online, Skype for Business, SharePoint, etc.

* Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, etc.

* Strong operational and/or change management experience in a distributed open systems active directory environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred:

* MCSA or MCSE in the relevant technology areas of Microsoft System Center technologies, Messaging, Communication, SharePoint, and Directory Services.

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is preferred.

* Experience in an ITIL v3 environment and/or certification is preferred.

* Experience with the Microsoft EMS suite, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), and Azure.

* Experience with Active Directory Federation and integration with Cloud Ap
