Our client is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team. This will be an initial 3 month contract with possible extensions. The goal of this contract is to assess the current process of the Customer Service team and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Perform the job responsibilities of the Customer Service Order Fulfillment team to understand the current processes and procedures in place.
* This would entail servicing assigned accounts.
* Duties include: Customer quotes, creating purchase orders, invoicing, shipment, return of goods, complaints, etc.
* Document current process flow.
* Determine steps in process flow that are redundant and inefficient.
* Produce reporting to CEO and CFO.
* Provide process improvement recommendations.
* Aid in implementation of said recommendations.
* Be willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm on-site in Norcross
* Experienced Customer Service Professional
* Background in Process Improvement as it pertains to Customer Service Operations
* Expertise in Order Fulfillment processes (preferred)
