A top sports retail company in Beaverton, OR is looking for a Telecommunications Project Coordinator. This team supports all telecommunications for all working locations, data centers, and retail stores. You will be responsible for creating SOPs, working with vendors, ordering and organizing current and future inventory, assisting with budget management, and working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, task oriented, organized, and have an ability to coordinate on multiple initiatives. This role will be onsite 3 days a week in either Beaverton, OR or Atlanta, GA.
1-5 years of experience in project coordination or administration
Experience writing standard operating procedures
Experience working with technical teams
Experience using collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Cisco)
Knowledge of Office 365
