Insight Global's client is looking to bring on a Desktop Support Technician in the Marietta, GA area. This person will be joining a team of 2, supporting all 300+ internal users with computer issues, network issues, printer and application troubleshooting. Client is using a ServiceNow Ticketing System. This person will be responsible for end user support and should be experienced with Active Directory support including, setting up accounts, creating security groups and permissions, as well as creating email accounts. Having an understanding on creating an image from scratch would be beneficial, however the Client currently has a Golden image created. Other day to day responsibilities will include troubleshooting VPN issues, providing some remote support, and assisting with conference room set up. The ideal candidate should be experienced in driving process improvement and can drive a project that may fall out of their direct scope of work. Experience with asset management and/or Confluence, ServiceNow, or IT Glue for documentation is preferred.
