Job Description

Day to Day:

An Insight Global client is looking for a Renewals Specialist to join their team to help manage their auto renewals motion. This person will be working with a high volume low cost transactions -- working through the Zendesk ticketing que to resolve them quickly and efficiently. This person will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email (auto renewals, negotiations, customer questions) as well as across internal LOBs to resolve open tickets.



* Work cross functionally to accommodate client needs for renewal

* Own the auto-renewal component of the customer journey

* Organize, prioritize, and improve auto-renewal processes to maximize revenue and a positive customer experience

* Communicate patterns and guide process improvement projects with Renewal Leadership

* Championing, role modeling, and embedding cultural values (Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset) as we scale globally and across new offices

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:



* 2+ years of experience in sales, support, account management, sales operations, or other customer-facing positions

* Must be techy savvy (ability to learn and navigate multiple different systems), detail oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills

* Experience in a dynamic, customer facing environment

* Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects end-to-end

* Bachelor's degree

* Ticketing System (Zendesk is preferred but Salesforce, Remedy, etc)
