Job Description

A fintech client is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead. The Customer Service Team Lead will help direct a team of on and offshore resources. The team members are responsible for communication, updates, and resolutions from third-party vendors and the international call centers. This role will work with the other Team Lead and report to the Customer Service Manager. This is a hybrid role x3 a week in Buckhead.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare, compile, and sort documents for mail received

* Check source documents for accuracy

* Verify data and correct data where necessary

* Obtain further information for incomplete documents

* Scan and upload documents with communication in debt counseling and or Bankruptcy

* Act as a liaison for third parties representatives

* Point of contact for trace and audit of checks receivable

* Provide support to the call center team for escalations

* Monitor and investigate complaints.

* Audit, monitor and respond to reviews

* Assist and monitor Quality Assurance grading and performance.

* Assist in creating updates or modules for new feature and or training

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years of Call Center experience in a hybrid setting

- Financial services/ banking background

- Experience using Excel, SharePoint and MS Office
