Job Description

Customer Experience (CX) Consultant

Deliver quality solutions that define, explore and track interactions between a customer and the brand throughout the customer lifecycle. Optimize interactions using customer data and, as a result, foster efficiency and high customer satisfaction.



HOW A Customer Experience (CX) Consultant WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Identify ways to improve the customer experience.

Support Data Driven mindset; measure customer satisfaction with surveys and other data collection methods

Experience Storyboarding and developing Customer Journeys

Ability to pivot to new channels and initiatives, picking up new skills and working with emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: BS or BA

Required Experience: 2+ years of CX work experience

- Journey mapping/customer experience mapping required
