A large fintech client of Insight Global is looking to add 3 Implementation Specialist to their team! This company is a global leader in providing customized digital banking solutions in the Fintech space. The Implementation Specialist will work within the Implementations Team and is responsible for transitioning their customers to a new internet banking system. This candidate will be responsible for communicating closely with the end clients (banks and financial institutions) and working through the implementation with them and coordinating with the internal technical teams, applying implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the implementations space for a financial services or banking customer, strong communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and knowledge of a product implementation environment.
This candidate must be willing to work onsite in one of these locations 5 days per week:

- Lincoln, NE
- Brookfield, WI
- Frisco, TX
* 2+ years of experience in an analyst, support, or implementations role
* Strong experience working in a customer service oriented or time-sensitive environment driven by project timelines.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
