Responsibilties:



Program delivery execution:

1. Accountable for project success including on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables

2. Facilitation of PMO and Program Status Meetings with stakeholders.

1. Program Financial and Resource Management

1. Estimation approval process

2. Financial reconciliation process and management

3. Coordination and mitigation of cross-project and cross-functional resourcing needs

2. Cross program coordination with Umbrella, SHS and Vendors

3. Program RAID log management

- Previous Program Management experience, including experience in the full project lifecycle (Initiation - Closure), preferably with more than one work stream or simultaneous legs of a program.

- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal), with the ability to interact all levels, from Project Managers to C-Suite level

- Experience in a matrix project organization setup required.

- Experience with managing Program level financials and associate impacts to financials.

- Ability to facilitate meetings across the entire matrixed program team, including stakeholders.

- PMP

- 10 Years of experience minimum in Project Management

- Health Insurance Industry experience

- NASCO or BlueCross BlueShield experience
