Summary/ Day to Day: This role is going to be an extension of the Rollins RAC collections team. This is a brand-new team that will be handling all customer questions transferred to them when the collectors are making calls. Customer questions typically include login information, helping customers log into the payment portal, and all other account questions. The purpose for this new team is so the Collectors can save time on the phone by just collecting payments rather than answering all customer account questions.
