Demonstrates medical asepsis by following established isolation standards and hand hygiene
Cleans and stores equipment to prevent spread of microorganisms
Assists RN with patient positioning/repositioning to promote comfort and decrease skin breakdown
Maintains a clean environment in patient rooms (linen changes, tidy bedside tables)
Assist patients with personal care needs (baths oral care, and nourishment)
Obtains documents and reports vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, and height/weight at the point of care accurately and in a timely manner.
Performs Hourly Rounding with use of AIDET/5Ps/Words that Work
