Our client already has Workday in their environment but is bringing in a Workday implementer firm to do an audit of their system with the end goal of adding more features and capabilities. This will be more focused on the HR side of things (Workforce Management, Talent Management, Compensation, etc)
* 2+ years of experience managing projects associated with Workday's Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) products
* Ability to work with Technical Domain Leads and other relevant stakeholders on Workday implementations, with a focus on Human Capital Management modules
* Demonstrated competency and expertise in the following areas of Workday: Analytics, Reporting, Finance, Payroll, Workforce Management, Talent Management, and Integrations
* Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of work experience
* Strong communication skills
* Proven leadership capabilities
* MS Office
* MS Project
* Issue/defect tracking management experience
* Ability to consistently hit deadlines
* Ability to work independently & within a team
* Ability to work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and translate them into system configuration and process design
