Job Description
Utilize ServiceNow to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including: sprint planning, backlog grooming and prioritization, daily scrum meetings, sprint review and retrospectives, and status reporting.
Utilize ServiceNow, to collect, develop and analyze Agile data and metrics.
Identify differences in understanding issues or impediments as they occur; work with the team to problem-solve or escalate to management, as required.
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and reports, as required.
Ensure the team's "definition of done" is well defined for functional requirements, stories, sprints, and releases.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, the customer, team members, and management.
Provide feedback and guidance to managers on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives.
Utilize data from sprint retrospectives and other Agile metrics to coach and to recommend continuous improvements.
Facilitate productivity through discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: BS or equivalent 4 + years of related experience
Required Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or member of a software development team.
Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with ServiceNow Agile Development Module
Required Skills and Abilities: Experience with support tools, such as Microsoft Office, and collaborative communication tools, such a Microsoft Teams. Agile Methodology, Facilitation, and Scrum Software Development Demonstrated working knowledge of Agile approaches, roles, practices, and deliverables.
Desired Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Scrum Alliance
