A client of Insight Global is seeking a Cash Collections Specialist to join their team.
This will be a long-term, ongoing contract.
* Emailing invoices to clients
* 90% of communication with customers is via email
* Charging credit cards in the "cash collections" space
* Works through a que each day
* Updates customer information, send customers outstanding invoices and applying credit card information to invoices past due
* Updates spreadsheets
* Very transnational and repetitive
CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO ATLANTA.
* Excel (Must be comfortable in Excel!)
* Filtering, sorting
* Pivots-tables (nice to have)
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail
* Must have a heads down mentality
* Good verbal and written communication
* Attention to detail
* Time management
* Outlook (email etiquette)
