* Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processes
* Manage all user access to users for both programs and reports based on knowledge of roles, process, and system
* Coordinates with business and technology teams to manage schedule of deliverables and work products ensuring compliance with requirements and business processes, and workflows
* Produces detailed requirements documentation for new programs, new functionality requests, bugs, and change requests
* Design and execute automated procedures interfacing with systems to report business analytics.
* Handle department production reports on report logs and user manuals.
* Oversee reports and deliverables complying with administrative invoicing.
* Develop queries and reports to extract data based on company and departmental needs.
* Continual discussions with staff, users, and management to develop requirements and implement new reports or revise current reports.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology required
* Three (3) years or more of related experience required.
* Strong customer service and leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and proficient in SAP Crystal Reports reporting required.
* Experience with Viewpoint's Vista ERP software and/ or Microsoft Power BI highly desirable
