* Facilitate virtual, technical, customer service training (2-5 days in length) utilizing MS Teams
* Monitor learner participation and course activities
* Utilize MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
-Must be able to work Eastern time zone hours starting at 7:45 AM through 5:00 PM EST daily; and additional hours as needed.
-Experience leading virtual customer service training using MS Teams
-Experience working with PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
-Prefer knowledge of Pega products - e.g. NCompass
-Prefer Blues/Plan/Health Insurance experience
Prefer Customer Service Technical Training experience
