Insight Global client is looking for a senior candidate to join their network operations team of 9 to help support the networks across multiple healthcare facilities. These candidate will be engrained in the troubleshooting and support of the networks via layer 1 & 2 troubleshooting and delivering RCA with solutions as needed. The mid level engineers will work closely with the senior level engineers to advance any issues they may not be able to resolve. Strong communication is needed as you will be conversing between end users and management and will need to be able to work between 2-3 projects at any given time. This may create need for Network Engineer to travel to on-premise locations for network builds or upgrades etc.
- 8+ years experience working as a Network Engineer/Architect
-High level troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
-Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper products
-Hands on experience with various routing protocols
-Ability to lead more junior engineers
