Agile Coach (Jira Align) - REMOTE

We are seeking an Agile Coach to join the team!



This is FULLY REMOTE, however candidates must be willing to work East Coast hours.



- The Agile Coach will be working with a program portfolio (Team of teams) on the adoption of Jira Align.

o Balanced teams consisting of Product, Engineering, PMO, User Experience

- Responsible for driving the adoption of the tool

- Change Management

o Educating teams on how to leverage Jira Align

o Best practices

o Managing the workload

- The Agile Coach will act drive communication and offer support to the teams

- There is no expectation to create net new content

o They will have access to content already created by the PMO and Product teams

- There is no set cadence to how many workshops they will be holding each week

o This is variable based on the teams maturity level in Jira Align

- Agile Coaching experience

- Jira and Jira Align (MUST HAVE**)

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Comfortable presenting in large groups
