* Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify talent primarily for high volume and niche roles
* Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies - including a recruitment plan which is geared towards building a diverse workforce, brand recognition and meeting the hiring needs of the business.
* Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Talent Acquisition team, document any new processes, fine tune standard processes, staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
* Establish and maintain productive relationships with assigned departments, employment agencies and other organizations.
* Evaluate resumes and applications received for assigned departments.
* Input information needed to generate employment reports.
* Interview and evaluate candidates.

*Experience recruiting on electrical roles - commercial, residential, automotive.
