Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Defines near-term/long-term goals and drive approaches to ensure realization of business benefits associated with the transition to Agile; targets to include improvement in customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, productivity, time to market and quality.

-Leads the EnterpriseAgile CoE through facilitating organizational learning, change management, and process adoption of Agile via metrics, benefits realization, outcomes, and retrospective findings.

-Counsels and influences leaders and associates to embrace Agile principles, methods, and behaviors to gain and sustain commitment to cultural change and shift in mindset.

-Defines a common DevOps framework and supporting tools in partnership with business unit technology teams to enable the transition to a model of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) for fast and flexible software development both on-premise and in the cloud.

-Influence a mindset and cultural shift to a new way of working to better meet the business expectations, achieve enterprise strategy and most importantly better serve our member healthcare needs.

-Oversee a senior level team of Agile SPC coaches assigned to different areas and platforms who will be facilitating the adoption of the SAFe framework and transforming the organization from waterfall/traditional way of working to being agile.

-Implement strategic key performance measurements (OKRs and KPIs) to drive productivity improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.

-Foster the enhancement of user experience (UX) design and leverage -Design Thinking leading edge visual designs, building of customer personas, and developing customer journey maps upfront in the product lifecycle

-Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years relevant IT experience in guiding teams through successful Enterprise-wide Agile training.

-4+ years of experience in an agile / scrum / kanban environment with a demonstrated appreciation for agile/lean standards and experience working in a mature Agile environment.

-Familiarity in SAFe concepts and metrics as well as experience leading teams and portfolios of work.

-Knowledge of Insurance and Financial industry preferred.

-Knowledge of current and emerging agile methodologies and effective application of those technologies

-Knowledge of agile transformation

-Proven experience managing effective governance in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar frameworks.

-SaFE Program Consultant (SPC) Certification REQUIRED!

-Agile Certification

-Completed SPC Training/Certification

-Demonstrated skills and plans around moving an organization thru Agile/SAFe transformation, including defined and documented implementation roadmap.
