This resource is in a position of trust (i.e., provisioning) so integrity is imperative. Business Services is a small department so we must be extensively cross-trained to support each other as our workloads ebb and flow, so mastery of this role is just the start for this position.
Responsibilities:
-Provisioning and de-provisioning of contingent workers
-Conducts bi-weekly onboarding call
-Troubleshooting initial connectivityissues for contingent workers
-Produce and present weekly status report
-Produce monthly reporting (e.g., contract compliance reporting, reporting out of Planview, etc.)
-Conduct internal quality assurance checks against federated data sources to ensure data integrity
This is an entry level position that would be suited for new grads with a background in MIS (Masters Information Systems) and Cybersecurity. Manager is willing to train.

-Ability to learn a variety of moderately complex procedures quickly and execute on them accurately (sometimes with a high volume)
-Excellent verbal and written communications
-Provisioning / de-provisioning of resources
-Ability to triage and provide basic support with connecting to NASCO network
-Analysis and reporting
-Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
-Recognition of what and when to escalate issues to management
-Developing and maintaining SharePoint lists, libraries, etc.
-Familiarity with DUO, Citrix, Planview
-Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills), Teams
