A client of Insight Global is seeking a Jira Align Administrator to join their team. This individual will be supporting the Enterprise rollout of the new platform, Jira Align. The rollout to the Enterprise is still in its pilot phase. The goal of the Jira Align Administrator is to support the strategic rollout/configuration of the tool, expand the capabilities of Jira Align by meeting with the various Product Teams, as well as present and train Teams on Jira Align and its functions.
Responsibilities:
* Define and manage the rollout of comprehensive/complex workflows (with conditions, validators, and triggered post functions), field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
* Work with the user community to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Jira and Jira Align
* Support the rollout and onboarding of new teams to Jira Align and the integration with Jira
* Recommend and implement best practices in Jira and Jira Align
* Configure, manage, and enhance Jira Align and Jira tools, including native functionality as well as researching, testing, and implementing plugins
* Configure Jira Align and Jira to meet business requirements
* Responsible for helping define best practices and improving methods to benefit the user experience
* Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides
* Coordinate with Atlassian Support team for issues
* 2+ years' experience using Jira REST APIs for integration with other tools
* 5+ years working with or within large scale development organizations
* 5+ years of experience in a customer facing or technical support roles
* 5+ years working with Agile tools
