An employer in the Alpharetta, GA area is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join the team. The Business Systems Analyst brings a proactive approach to business process re-engineering and best practices to address business needs and solve problems. The role will research, study, and analyze business systems and processes and recommend process improvement opportunities to management or appropriate department.
The Business Systems Analyst role involves providing support in maintaining ERP databases including data cleansing, determining formats, researching data conversions, establishing data specifications, configuration/integration, updating sources, and ensuring data integrity and reporting quality.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or Finance
4+ years of proven experience in an analytics and business intelligence development capacity
Advanced working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Proven analytical abilities and practical experience in Tableau data presentment capabilities
Extensive experience in creating data visualizations and insuring data integrity
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and visualizations
Proficient training, project management, and technical writing capabilities
