Remote IT Business Analyst (Medical / Pharmacy Claims)

This BA will be tasked with learning this Client's environment and documenting what they learn in order to create training materials.

-Strong BA skills

-Self-starter / self-directed

-Experience in creating 'user guide or job aide' type materials for training purposes

-Claims experience

-Knowledge of Medical claims processing

-Knowledge of Pharmacy claims processing (nice to have)

-Jira

-Agile

-Covid-19 Vaccine (excluding boosters)

-Medical and Pharmacy Cross Accumulations (Combined or Co-mingled Medical/Ancillary Service Vendors)

-Understanding of File transfers (inbound/outbound claim data file transmissions)

-Claim Post to History Process

-Health Insurance Industry experience (NASCO/BCBS)
