Job Description

Automation Architect Lead will help guide the implementation of strategic automation testing projects. This resource will lead/coach a team of automation specialists to ensure standards are met. Assist in developing and managing to automation metrics to establish ROI, drive productivity and performance improvements.



Responsibilities:

-Create and guide implementation of strategic automation testing projects

-Architect automation solutions

-Build automation framework, design and implement test plans using low code automation solutions

-Lead, train, motivate, mentor/coach a team of 10-12 automation specialists to ensure the established automation strategies are implemented and standards are met

-Review requirements, design automation solution, construct automation test plans, and lead the team in building automation, implementing and executing scripts and reporting

-Understand and familiar with industry best practices and various automation and RPA ; Selenium, JAVA, Tosca, UIPath

-Analyze current business environment and build a range of recommendations, optimal automation solutions

-Create, develop and rolling out automation solutions

-Develop/manage automation metrics and formulate strategies to establish ROI, drive productivity and performance improvements

-Evaluate existing areas of automation processes and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum 5 yrs experience as Automation architect and/or lead;

-Minimum 3 years NASCO or NASCO supported Plan experience (must be recent - in the last 5 years)

-Experience in building automation framework, design and implement test plans using low code automation solutions

-Experience in various automation and RPA tools; Selenium, JAVA, Tosca, UIPath;

-Experience in creating and guiding implementation of strategic automation testing projects and architect automation solutions;

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- BCBS / Health Insurance Industry experience
