Insight Global's client in Sandy Springs, GA is looking for a Product Owner to join their team. This person will be responsible for developing clear requirements, aligning projects and backlogs with business expectations, managing a groomed backlog, and translating business requirements into stories and Jira tickets with the development team. The candidate will also be responsible for anticipating project impacts, leading scrum ceremonies, ensuring the end product meets acceptance criteria and business specifications through test plan reviews and manual testing efforts, developing and maintaining process flows and work flows, and prioritizing and collaborating to resolve issues and defects. The ideal candidate will exceptional written and verbal communication skills!
- 5+ years of experience coming from a PO, IT BA, or Project Management background -- must be able to capture and define business requirements.
- Experience documenting/translating Jira tickets -- must have foundation knowledge of acceptance criteria.
- Understands technical jargon and can communicate w/ the developers.
o Ideally someone who has a deep understanding of eCommerce business platforms.
- Strong communication and curiosity to learn the business -- will communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
