A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Creative Online Associate Project Manager. This team supports .com updates for a b2b website experience. The Creative Online Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting cross-functional partners by executing day-to-day project management activities that directly impact the customers digital shopping experience. This position will manage a small portfolio of BAU projects from intake to delivery. The person in this position will learn the .com landscape and how copy/design teams work to create the most efficient timelines for requests. Requests should be thoroughly vetted, assigned to creative team members and overseen through the full project lifecycle until completion. As a secondary focus, this role will support testing and verifying digital updates on desktop, mobile web, and app.
* 2-3 years of online/digital marketing campaign experience -- prefer ecommerce but not a requirement
* 1-2 years of Workfront experience or any project management tools
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong personality -- ability to lead a meeting
* Ability to discern when to push back on requests
* Strong organizational tools
* Ability to work independently and problem solve
* Ability to recognize how tasks rank in order of urgency to prioritize time
* Ability to oversee multiple projects with varying timelines at once
