Job Description

In Samsara's IT team, we work to deliver awesome systems, support, and experiences that enable our teams to be as impactful as possible. As a member of the IT Operations team, you'll be responsible for owning the technology and processes that enable our people to do their best work. In this role, you will: Help others in person and online to resolve their tech problems. Deploy, manage, and ship our inventory of endpoints that allows Samsara in Mexico to stay connected and productive. Recover Hardware from Users. Manage a ticket queue and seek opportunities to improve how we work. Drive core operations that keep the company secure and productive. Required Skills & Experience

* A college degree in a technical program (Computer Science, Information Systems, or other STEM field).

* 3-6 years' experience working with people in a technical context.

* Experience with enterprise SaaS (G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Okta, SimpleMDM, Okta, etc)

* A passion for learning and doing new things in a fast-paced environment.

* An affinity for working with all things electronic

* Knowledge of Apple products, Androids, and Windows PCs (Macbooks, iphones, android, Windows OS, etc)

* Software re-imaging of laptops
